Jeff Blick

Sales Director

Jeff is a fourth-generation Idaho native who grew up around a family business, learning the values of hard work and self-reliance from a young age. After graduating from the University of Idaho, Jeff started his own advertising agency and media consulting business. Throughout his career, he has launched several other businesses before becoming an area sales representative for a growing technology firm. With twelve years of experience in technology sales, Jeff witnessed his employer expand from two to thirteen territories. Now, he is excited to return to his roots in small business, where he can have a more significant impact on the clients he serves through hands-on customer service.

Jeff has a passion for serving others. He has served on the national Vandal Scholarship Board for the University of Idaho, Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce, Twin Falls Health Initiative Trust and the United Way Board of Directors, Twin Falls Arts council and Parks and Recreation board as well as being an active Rotarian. This passion of service has made it an easy fit to be in sales and account management. His goal is to always listen and make things better.

He is also a lousy trail runner but tries to get outside whenever he can. If he isn’t with his running group, he is usually in a record shop or at a live music venue with his wife Julie, three grown kids and their spouses/significant other.

Michael Rudolph

Programs Director & Project Mgr.

Michael Rudolph is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and over 25 years of experience in enterprise communications, IT, and the equipment industry. He holds a master’s level certification in CRM technology and is a graduate of Villanova University. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated success in driving technology initiatives, managing programs, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Highlights of Michael’s experience include:

  • Director of Business Development: Responsible for technology selection, deployment, and management of applications, serving over 1,000 employee retirement plans., and vendors.
  • Program Director: Led strategic programs to transform technology offerings, manage partner relationships, and grow program management teams at multiple MSPs.
  • Building and Leading Teams: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across various organizations.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise technologies, including HPBX, video conferencing, cloud solutions, and network security.
  • Relationship Builder: Established and maintained strong relationships with business partners, technology leaders, and vendors.
  • Proven Results: Successfully launched new technology offerings, increased recurring increased recurring revenue, and delivered complex multi-million dollar projects.

Michael is a passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses. He is also a skilled communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues. In addition to his professional experience, Michael is a combat veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve Civil Military Affairs Command and served honorably in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, Restore Hope and Tradewinds receiving numerous awards including a Bronze Star. He is proud to be a veteran business owner and continuing the army way with commitment, leadership and helping others carries on. In his free time, Michael enjoys travelling with his wife and two young boys.

Activity3 is aligned with the best technical resources available and works tirelessly to document and update specific information on your technology. As you upgrade and redesign your IT infrastructure, we make sure that our team has the information they need to assist you right when you call or email us.

Our goal is to be prompt, courteous and helpful. We monitor our response times and our first-call efficiency and make it our top priority to address all your technical concerns as they come up. From a quick remote session for a forgotten password to coordinating an onsite repair with one of our field technicians, our helpdesk is designed to give you immediate access to someone to address your issue and get you back to your busy day.

Simon Espinoza

Finance / Operations Director

Simon is a seasoned professional who has honed a deep expertise in financial manage- ment and high impact operational strategies. A proud graduate of Boise State Universty, Simon earned a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2018, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in the business field.
Throughout his career, Simon has demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a commit- ment to accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. He excels in streamlining accounting processes and implementing effective financial strategies that drive organizational success. In addition to his technical skills, Simon is recognized for having worked in diverse industries and demonstrates a robust ability to lead cross- functional teams towards achieving operational efficiency.

Simon has a relentless focus on achieving operational success. Allowing us to provide customers with top-tier IT management that allows them to use their valuable resources on core business activities that drive growth and achieve their strategic objectives. Outside of work, Simon enjoys watching Texas Longhorn sports, Boise State sports, going to rodeos, and concerts with his wife Gabrielle. They also enjoy spending time with their families and being around their two amazing dogs Zeke and Tony.

Ptah Osayande

Account Management

Ptah is based in Philadelphia to help offer assistance closer to home for many of our East Coast clients and responds to all of our client’s needs remotely as well. Ptah’s interest in technology can be traced back to his childhood, where he was often installing entertainment systems for relatives and troubleshooting devices for his friends.

This would ultimately lead to a a career helping imple- ment technology with hundreds of customers of varying sizes nationwide. During this time, Ptah would hone his creative problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills while also demonstrating himself as an asset to any team and situation. When not telling customers to turn it off, wait ten seconds and turn it on again, Ptah is an avid gardener, baker and chef who turns his produce into delicious creations and bakes artisanal breads and pizzas. He also enjoys working out and adventuring both near and far.

James Webster

Technician / Dispatch

James is a certified Microsoft Office specialist and has worked with computer hardware over six years. James provides our customers with an internal resource for escalated helpdesk support and onsite field support. Programming, electronics repair, and the refurbishment of retro games consoles are some of his greatest passions.
